What shipping methods are available?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA via USPS for fast and reliable delivery. Please note that we are currently unable to ship to U.S. military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery within the USA is estimated to take 13-20 days. Please be aware that delays may occur during peak seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Solelume ships worldwide every day, ensuring our products are accessible to everyone. However, due to certain shipping restrictions, we may be unable to deliver to specific locations. In such cases, your order may need to be canceled.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal as a payment method. When making a purchase, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can complete your payment by logging into your PayPal account. Additionally, you can use your card through PayPal, even without a PayPal account, for a secure and convenient checkout.
Currency Conversion :
All prices on our website are listed in USD. While you may see an estimated amount in your local currency, the final charge will be processed in USD.
Is buying on-line safe?

Can I switch my order?
No. When a customer places an order, they will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, and so on.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.
Cancellations are free within the first 24 hours of placing an order. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@solelume.com.
Can I return or refund my order?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery at no additional cost, except for the return shipping fee.
What is the policy’s time frame?
Our policy is valid for 30 days following the completion of the delivery process.
After 30 days, the order will be deemed accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be issued. For more details, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy.
I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do?
If the shipping tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please check around your property, as the package might be in a hidden or unexpected location.
If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping company listed in the shipping status email notification.
